GyanBatua is an educational technology platform that provides:

• AI-powered mentoring and career guidance
• Digital credential management and verification
• Job matching and placement assistance
• Assessment and certification programs
• Campus and recruiter management tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

If you purchase a subscription or other paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
